2. Sambo Valencia
This school of martial arts hires highly qualified professionals for people who love martial arts. While many think the martial arts are only about competition, those in the know understand that it is about undertaking a self-improvement endeavor. The goal here is to encourage the practice of self-defense both for kids and adults while creating a sporting culture. 4. Marce Karate School
This school of the Shotokan Karate style is led by Sensei Marceliano Gómez, an 8th Dan with many years in the practice, who has served as president of the Community of Valencia Karate Federation. He is definitely a referent of Karate in this city and has long devoted his values, energy and knowledge to this practice and school, providing an encouraging and comfortable environment in which to learn this discipline. 5. Chong Do Lee Valencia
This is one of the oldest and most traditional Taekwondo gyms in the community of Valencia and all of Spain, with a long tradition of teaching this martial art to both kids and adults. His founder, Lee Young Ki, started practicing Taekwondo since a young age in Seoul, South Korea. He arrived in Spain in 1974 and since then has encouraged and spread this beautiful martial art. 6. Traditional Chinese Martial Arts Club “Ying Zhao Men”
This group of martial art schools is dedicated to the study, practice and perfection of the traditional Chinese martial arts. It is composed of three different schools, all located in the province of Valencia, and the instructors are former pupils of Shifu Marios Seretis, the founder of their martial programs. 7. Nishikan Dojo
In this dojo, all the activities are developed according to the traditional Japanese method of Budo. This club was inaugurated in 1985 by Master Rafael Balbastre. Its main purpose is the promotion of Taekwondo, along with other Korean martial arts.
